Amanda's Mnemonics Page

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* * * Mnemonic:
n. A device, such as a formula or rhyme, used as an aid in remembering.
I collect mnemonics. Here are more than a few. If you have one, send it to me at geomanda (at) netnaut.com, and I'll add it to my list. Give me your home URL, and I'll make a link back to you from the page your mnemonic lands on. (wow!)
My brother scoffs at mnemonics, and asks why remember some stupid saying just to remember something else you already know? I think the most useful part of a mnemonic is for remembering the order of things...planets, presidents, kings, battles.
I've rearranged things so that each category of mnemonic is on its own page. The everything-on-one-page idea was getting too cumbersome! Thank you to everyone who has contributed mnemonics, you're great. Keep them coming!
Explore my mnemonics pages to find really cool memory devices for:
