The Krebs Cycle: Citric acid, Isocitric, Ketoglutaric,
Succinyl, Succinic, Fumaric, Malic, Oxaloacetic. The first one here was also
sent to me by marian.lee@utoronto.ca, and the second by
BradyL@JHSMAIL.ORG. (Thanks!) The Krebs Cycle
(aka citric acid cycle) is the final set of steps for oxidation of carbohydrates,
fats and proteins. Before I knew what it was, I had it on the Biology page.
But I think it really belongs here on the Chemistry page. What do you
think?

Extra Good LayerS On
These Really Cold Mornings
This is to remember the International classification of Hazardous Substances:
1 Explosives
2 Gases
3 Liquids
4 Oxidising
6 Toxic (& poisonous)
7 Radioactive
8 Corrosive
9 Miscellaneous.
Thanks, m804@fsmail.net - this reminded me that I had to
learn the classifications for explosives when I was getting my Display
Operator's License for pyrotechnic shows. (All I can remember now is
1.3G!)
