9 - corundum

8 - topaz

7 - quartz (easily scratches glass)

6 - orthoclase feldspar (barely scratches glass)

5 - apatite (nail is about 5)

4 - fluorite

3 - calcite

2 - gypsum (fingernail is about 2.5)

1 - talc
